VIEW THE AVAILABILITY OF FACILITIES ON-LINE!

PLEASE NOTE:

• Reservations cannot be made on-line.
• You do not need an account to view facility availability.
• Keep in mind that we keep a half an hour between rentals.

FOR ROOM RENTALS:

1. Click here to open up our Facility Viewing web site. (it will pop up in a new window)
2. Click on the 'View Facilities' link.
3. Under Location, choose ‘Chaska Community Center’
4. Under Facility Type, choose ‘Event Rooms’(Rainbow, Wet/Dry Craft room, Sun room and Turtle Bay); to view the Theater, choose ‘Theater/Stage’
5. Click on ‘Event Rooms’
6. Click on the room and month you wish to view.  When you click on the month, a calendar will pop up.  Any times you see listed are already booked.  If you do not see the month you want to view, that means that nothing has been booked for that month yet.

FOR PARK SHELTER RENTALS:

1. Click here to open up our Facility Viewing web site. (it will pop up in a new window)
2. Click on the 'View Facilities' link.
3. Under Location choose the park you want to view.
4. Under Facility Type choose ‘Park Shelters’
5. Click on the month you want to view.  Any times listed are already booked.

FOR FIELD RENTALS:

1. Click here to open up our Facility Viewing web site. (it will pop up in a new window)
2. Click on the 'View Facility' link.
3. Under Location choose the park where the field you want is located.
4. Chose the type of field you want (Softball/Baseball or Soccer/Football)
5. Click on the month you want to view.  Any times listed are already booked.
