Much of what we do as the Chaska Park and Recreation Department in serving community is predicated in one way or another on partnerships. The following are a few of the many partnerships that we have as a department and community center which help in building the Chaska community.
Active Older Adults for Christ
The AOA's for Christ meets quarterly to volunteer for community projects. Call (952) 227-7745 to get on our mailing list for update information.
For children six weeks through kindergarten. Located in the theater end of the CCC. (952) 227-7754. Two free weeks and no registration fee with new enrollment.
The lodge is now a drop off site for food you would like to donate to the local food shelf.
The CCC is a partner in providing free CCC memberships to local military families.
Breakaway Academy is a new innovative way of learning, by combining academic schooling and hockey training all in a typical school day.
Breakaway Hockey continues to develop skills, challenge players, and make hockey development an enjoyable experience for the players.
Providing over 90 free pontoon trips each year on Lake Minnetonka for Active Older Adults, ages 55+.
The Chaska Lions partner with the Chaska Park and Recreation Department in a significant number of programs and capital projects that serve the citizens of Chaska.

St. Francis Capable Kids is located in the Chaska Community center is newly renovated space. St. Francis Capable Kids provides occupational, physical and speech therapy services to children in a fun, safe and friendly environment designed specifically with the child in mind. (952) 428-1265
Located in the Chaska Community Center in newly renovated space. St. Francis Rehab offers physical therapy, occupational therapy and speech language pathology in both inpatient and outpatient settings.
