Lifeguard Training

This course trains participants in American Red Cross Lifeguarding, CPR/AED for the Professional Rescuer, and First Aid. 
Please Note: Participatns who do not pass pre-requisites will be charged a $50 administration fee. 
 

Course Pre-Requisites:
-Participant must be age 15 by the last day of class
-Swim 300 yards continuously
-Retrieve a ten pound brick in nine feet of water. 
-Participants must attend all days and times
-Tread water for two minutes using only legs.

AOA Treasure Island Casino Trip

AOA Dance ‘Til You Drop: History Theatre

AOA Gems of St. Paul Trip

Our day will begin with a tour of Ordway Center where we will learn the origin, history and see the many of the different spaces at this iconic St Paul Theatre. Next, we will have a buffet lunch at the M St. Café located in the beautiful St Paul Hotel. Our afternoon involves a Gangster Tour and Building Tour at Landmark Center where we will be taken back in time with a costumed guide who will share what St. Paul was like during the Gangster Era to hear about the O'Connor system and what made this city such a desired destination for many of the country's notorious gangsters. Following the seated presentation, you will be led through the building to view the historic restored courtrooms, and learn how the building has functioned over time. Following the Gangster Tour, we will visit the Schubert Club Musical Instrument Museum and The Gallery of Wood Arts housed in the Landmark Center. Racquetball Leagues Session 2

Ice Show 2018

Together with the Chaska Skate School, the Chaska Figure Skating Club will be hosting their annual Ice Show on Saturday and Sunday, March 3 and 4th, 2018 at the CCC.

The annual Ice Show is an annual performance of our Skate School and Skate Club's ice skaters as they showcase their talents and recently learned skills. A dress rehearsal occurs on Friday, March 2nd followed by our first show on Saturday evening and closing out the show on Sunday afternoon. Ice Show practice times are scheduled two weeks prior to the show. Practice times are to be determeined, with more information to follow in our Winter-Spring guide.

Turf Kickers! Indoor Soccer

How and what you do each day to "work" your brain may lead to longer lasting life functioning. Restorative Yoga Session 2

Tween Yoga

This class will bring a more adult version of yoga poses and breath, while still allowing the students their own creativity. We will go more into alignment and create a more vigorous flow with poses. Aqua Fit Session 4

Join us in the pool where you are surrounded by the natural resistance of the water. We will utilize the shallow and the deep water as well as a variety of aqua tools including buoyancy belts, noodles and water weights. Cardio and strength will be the focus of the 45-minute workout. There is little to no impact on your body which makes this workout a great fit for any fitness level. Min:7 participants; Max: 16. Instuctor Kelly Johnson.

Fit Fab Fun Boot Camp Session 2

Healthy Heart Bingo

Lazyman Ironman

AOA Beginner Acrylic Painting Classes

Choose from several landscaping pictures for this introductory acrylic painting class. You will learn planning of the canvas picture as well as practice how to mix colors. Youth Floor Hockey
