Fit 4 Life Session 1

Join us for a workout just right for adults 50+ who are experienced exercisers. This class will increase your cardiovascular and muscular endurance. Exercises are geared towards everyday activites with emphasis on balance, coordination, range of movement, strength and flexibility. 

Days: Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays
Time: 10:45-11:30am
