BIKE BINGO! (May 1-31)
May is National Bike Month! Use this Bike Bingo card and go for a coverall, by completing all of the boxes! Email a picture of you and your completed bingo card to  by June 3rd and you could win a prize! Use #CycleChaska on social media! Brought to you by Chaska Parks and Recreation and members of the Chaska Bicycle Friendly Committee.




Qua-RUN-Tine O-Ween Virtual Run! (May 31) 
Join us for our first ever Virtual Race - Qua-RUN-tine O-Ween - on Sunday, May 31. Choose either the 5K or 10k race. We also have a 1 mile kids run or they can race with you! Walk, jog, or run on any trail, road or even on the treadmill. The race location and race time is completely up to you! Just make sure to complete your race by May 31.

Instead of a race entry fee, we are asking participants to support local businesses by purchasing a gift card (of any amount). Gift cards should be dropped off at the Chaska Community Center no later than Friday, May 29. Hours of drop off are Monday-Friday 8:00-11:00am and 1:00-4:00pm; please call (952) 412-0967 when you arrive. If you'd like to drop the gift card off at another time please email Zac Johnson -

All race participants should submit their finish times to Zac Johnson - or Missy Goff - by Monday, June 1. Top finishers will be awarded a prize, but the remainder of the gift cards will be donated to Bountiful Baskets and given to local families in need.


Fishing Academy To Go 
Chaska Area Fishing with Friends and Chaska Parks and Recreation present to you the virtual fishing academy. Kit includes (1) Five foot fishing pole, tackle box with tackle, and tutorials on how to use supplies. In order to serve as many families as possible, one kit for per family at this time. Pick up kits on Wednesday, June 10 . Pick up will be 10am-12noon or 4-6pm at The Lodge Entrance at the Chaska Community Center (1661 Park Ridge Drive).






Take It Outside! 
Chaska parks and Recreation would like to help you and your family continue to take healthy steps forward to stay active outside this summer. We hope these adventures and activities will inspire new ideas-or even things you forgot you could do-- to get outside with your family and stay active! Log off. Shut down. and start exploring!
