WELCOME BACK!

We are excited to reopen our building and host in person classes safely as well as continue virtual classes!  

IN PERSON FITNESS SCHEDULE

• Registration is required for in person classes
• Classes are for CCC Member only at this time
• Ages 12+ are welcome.  Ages 12-13 must be accompanied by a responsible adult
• Bring a mat, towel and water bottle
• Instructor will perform a check in at the start of each class
• No sharing equipment
• Social distancing is required
• Daycare is open - sign up required
